Exchanges, Refunds & Credits

We only supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from WeArePaintball.com. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will arrange a collection or let you know how you should send the item back to us.

To return an item please phone 01189 714470. Please return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you return an item that is not in its original condition, with parts missing or the branded tags have been removed we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or levy a charge of up to 30% of the original purchase price.

All items being returned should be placed in a protective bag/box; just recycle the bag/box we originally sent the goods out to you in. Items not sent back in a protective bag (i.e. signs) will be refunded the original selling price less up to 35% to take account of the item no longer being in its original condition. If you accidently order items you do not want, and do not get in touch before they are shipped, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because of the heat sensitivity of paintballs we do not normally except returned paintballs; if you experience any problems with our paintballs call us direct on 01189 714470 WeArePaintball.com generally conforms to a common sense level of conditions & service and we endeavor to look after even the most demanding of customers with 100% satisfaction. However out there mixed amongst the normal day to day people are the dipsticks and the idiots that like to make life difficult, so if you think you are going to be a difficult customer or if you’re the sort that buys a lollipop, suck off the ice cream then wants a refund on the stick, we’re not your shop, sorry….

Pre Ordered Goods

WeArePaintball will happily order you in unusual items, specific coloured/sized products or non stock products; if you need something that is not displayed on our website please call us to order the item on 01189 714470 and we will do our utmost to oblige. If any of the items you order are not in stock, delivery may take up to 28 days. You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order please give us a call.
